To guarantee the reservation we ask:
1) 20% deposit upon booking.
2) Additional 50% (i.e. 70% of the total cost of your stay) 2 months before the date of entry.
3) finally the balance 2 weeks before your arrival.
For any cancellation:
- 3 months before your arrival we will reimburse you half of the sums paid on reservation.
- 15 days before your arrival date we will refund 50% of the sums paid.
- less than 15 days from the date of entry, no refund.
